The prosecution's star witness has only made their case worse. So even if Glanville isn't removed, the case is very weak anyway. I think the biggest question is when, not if, YT will be set free. But we won't know the outcome for sure untill the case ends one way or the other.
That’s the sad part. The judge and all concerned should be fair and impartial. When they show themselves not to be, should they not be held to standards as the accused? It shows to credibility. Only thing that's gonna happen is what is supposed too. I definitely wouldn't put all my eggs in the basket of a guy who's been a informant for 11yrs, but we will see.
At this point it isn’t what he had done 6:18 or if he was in a gang , this has not been a fare trial at all . The state has never had there case all in a straight line, they are putting there case together as they go , there is no way all 12 of the jury is going to say guilty it will either be innocent or a hung jury . DA Love has made this whole case one big shit show along with both judges ! When I started watching this 10 months ago I thought they were probably guilty and still do think there’s shady crap going on but they haven’t been given anywhere close to a fair trial, so if the state had there stuff together there would not be all of the corrupt stuff there trying to get away with so something isn’t right and everyone deserves a fair trial and all these young men are not getting that ! I still haven’t seen where this is a RICO case either but of course she still has over a years worth of people to call to testify then we have all the defense to go through. This trial could go another 2 years while they sit in jail in poor conditions.
