* Tepid water is key: Avoid hot or cold water, which can be uncomfortable. Lukewarm is best.
* Horse shampoo only: Harsh shampoos can strip their natural oils. Use a gentle shampoo designed for horses.
* Be gentle: Use soft sponges and avoid spraying their face or ears directly.
* Positive reinforcement: Treats and praise throughout the bath can create a positive association.
The food has a lot of sugar. Especially from the mango and banana. Pancakes have a lot of sugar. Eggs got a lot cholesterol. Would recommend soy milk and small amounts of fruits and Wheaties.
Bananas are one of the contributors for diabetes in Africa, unfortunately.

Your pancakes look deliciosos!! PLEASE, for your sake, your baby and others, use ONLY stainless steel pans for frying stuff. The BLACK Teflon coating on the pan u used has been scratched off and transfered to your food. No good. Smacking sounds from talking and eating with food in ones mouth talking isn't pleasant. ❤😊

Sorry Roccio asking from good place, sorry in case I misd that, why not hire care takers whenever u travel, they can come 3 to 4 times a week but u shud also have a stay over care taker, a house left vacant for long delapitates fast n turns out spooky. A house loves life, breath of life, speaking from personal experience, can never leave my house unattended when I travel or my family travels.😊
The villa has two female workers and three male workers that stay there
Actually is 4 man and 1 lady the other girl she come during school holidays
she is the one that Marwa supported her to pay school fees
Who said that the house was left vacant for two months? If you are following you would know that people were left in the house.

Please stop using this frying pan. it's not safe at all with the spatula you are using. Though you didn't use sugar, some of these fruits contain a lot of sugar. The body can't differentiate it. Becareful with mangoes, grapes, and too riped bananas.

Just waking up Marwa, please no excuse for not putting on a shirt. I despise that habit with men. My husband tried that with me as well and he learned pretty fast that this is unhygienic totally. Should you fall into such habit you are seeking problems down the road. How would feel visiting someone home and they come to the table without a shirt think about.
