Thanks 😊 Yeah, we are doing fine. It took some time to settle in after migrating to Germany, but now we are more or less again in a comfortable flow that also leaves us enough time to publish. All the best to you and your family as well.
Only time will tell how the value of Pi will develop once the open mainnet launches, but there are a few things to consider as well. 1. The core team won't launch the open mainnet until there are at least 100 apps they consider "mainnet ready." If only one of those apps solves a popular problem, it would give Pi a use case that causes users to use their coins in that app instead of selling them and might get outsiders to buy Pi coins to be able to use those apps as well. 2. Most coins are locked by users for up to 3 years, so whatever amount of Pi coins users have earned so far won't be available on day one but will be released gradually. 3. Even with the launch of the open mainnet, chances are that any CEX/DEX will still need some time to integrate Pi properly. It will, therefore, not be possible just to sell them on day one of the open mainnet. 4. Even right now, migrated Pi coins that aren't locked up are already used in daily transactions. See, for example, th-cam.com/video/iUbqXhDN-cc/w-d-xo.html& The value used is usually around $0.20 to $0.25 per coin. Many users that just want to cash it likely already did by spending their coins, further reducing the potential sell pressure. 5. Even if there is a certain selloff once we reach open mainnet and the first exchange integrates Pi properly, considering the points mentioned above, especially regarding the number of apps that are going to offer specific services just for Pi users, I'd imagine that the price would stabilize relatively quickly. If that will be around the $0.20 to $0.25 that I see in current transactions or much higher/lower, that is anyone's guess, and we just have to wait and see. Personally, I've locked my coins for three years because cashing out for small amounts doesn't change my life in any way. Either the project establishes itself and the value increases over time to a value that actually impacts my life, or it doesn't. Either way, I'm fine with it since I got those coins for pressing a button once per day, and I'm okay if those five-second efforts turn out to be in vain.

"try again later" is the solution here. I'd recommend to try once per week until it works. Not sure how long the team is going to need to fix whatever issue is currently affecting that process.
Nothing, unverified Pi are from your security circle and referrals, and the calculations of how much of those you'll actually get haven't been performed yet.

I have seen a lot people bartering items with pi at $314,159 / pi , many of them from China , Philippines , Indonesia , Malaysia , many events they have done it , and in china a lot shops owner accepts pi for items at $ 314,159

The balance shown in the app is completely irrelevant since only coins from users that complete KYC will ever be migrated to the mainnet. That said, you should also run from BTC and any other cryptocurrency, hell, even from all FIAT currencies, because in every single currency, there will be people holding much more than the average user.

I'd recommend you take the time to learn some basics about how trading generally works. If you get 100 NVDA shares and sell them, the money doesn't come from NVDA but from whoever buys those shares from you. The same applies to crypto.

Besides that, Pi does NOT have an official value yet, so it can hardly be overvalued. If you are referring to the value shown on CoinMarketCap, for example, take a look at th-cam.com/video/975DSrM8O9A/w-d-xo.html& Outside of that, Pi is used at different valuations in individual transactions. Boin Points are an in-app currency. You must participate in one of the next airdrops to exchange them for BDXN. The exchange rate isn't fixed but depends on how many users participate. So, it's impossible to say how much 250 Bond Points is worth right now.

Completely agree. I think at most 10% (which still would be a lot), but likely less than that. I feel sorry for everyone who went through the effort to watch my videos and sign up only to stop using the app after some time. They all missed out on getting some Pi for free that they could've used if they wanted to. Going to be even worse if Pi were to achieve a "huge" value. Knowing that they learned about the project early and missed out just because they were too lazy to press a button once per day.
Don't file your resignation yet. They might launch 3-5 years from now, since they yet to overcome their main obstacles and hurdles. Keep it but don't do anything silly until it's official haha 😅
Has anyone heard anything about how "minors" will be handled? For example, my 17 year old son has been mining for 3 years and won't be 18 for almost 1 year. Previously the pi team promised some path to KYC for minors, but no announcement yet. He's afraid in 6 months he will lose all his coins

Well, I have been using Pi Network since its early days and published 39 videos about the project so far to keep existing users updated and get new users on board. As a now 4 Year Investor, I haven't seen ANY return on my "faith". I would outright sell my account, but I know over a 2k transaction is examined and frozen. We'd both get found out and the account banned from trying to sell.
Use your passphrase if it's still available or finger print if you chose that from the beginning but if you have lost your passphrase it's over. Your Pi can not be recovered. Good luck

Selling or buying Pi for FIAT or other crypto violates the rules of the enclosed mainnet.
If you get caught you might lose your entire account.
What about if you are under 18 and can't do kyc yet?

Pi coins von referrals und Security Circle die KYC nicht bestehen gehen zurück in Umlauf und werden dann weider an andere Nutzer durch das tägliche "Mining" verteilt.
Bzgl. der 6-Monate Rolling Period, wer heute KYC noch nicht bestanden hat verliert die coins die er vor ca. 06.01.2024 erhalten hat.
Wie genau die Ausnahmeregelungen für Nutzer die aus technischen Gründen KYC noch nicht bestanden haben aussehen werden wir wohl in den kommenden Tagen erfahren.

The balance shown in the app is completely irrelevant since only coins from users that complete KYC will ever be migrated to the mainnet.
That said, you should also run from BTC and any other cryptocurrency, hell, even from all FIAT currencies, because in every single currency, there will be people holding much more than the average user.

I feel sorry for everyone who went through the effort to watch my videos and sign up only to stop using the app after some time. They all missed out on getting some Pi for free that they could've used if they wanted to.
