One of the earliest videos from Caddy was all about Lilo and Stitch Trouble in Paradise. In this Caddicarus Lilo and Stitch video, for as awful as it was, he took a look at the game in an extremely old review. Obviously. And after that, alongside a few Pixar PS1 games videos like A Bug’s Life PS1 gameplay, Lion King Simba’s Mighty Adventure PS1 gameplay, Aladdin Nasira’s Revenge gameplay, Jungle Book Groove Party gameplay also known as Jungle Book Rhythm n Groove gameplay, Donald Duck Quack Attack PS1 gameplay also known as Goin Quackers PS1, Hercules PS1 gameplay and Party Time with Winnie the Pooh gameplay - Caddy decided it was about time to knock off a huge load of game he wanted to mess around with that he couldn’t do before due to a lack of content for a single video for each. The fact that “It’s A Small World (Ducking Hardcore Mix)” is possibly the most difficult track in Disney Mix/Rave (Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious is the only other 10 and tastes may vary) always made me smile. Even if the track itself is an aural assault.
The funniest thing about the "It's only a matter of time" gag with Caddy dressed as Goku is that a couple of the DBZ films were distributed by 20th Century Fox, who are now owned by Disney.
I don't know if Caddy ever watched DBZ. I don't even know if he's an fan of anime.

Yeah… Fox owned the American rights to all future animated Dragon Ball movies(Battle of Gods, Resurrection F, and Super Broly) due to them publishing Evolution, and Disney owns Fox… Unless Toei is too powerful of a company in their own country to put a jurisdiction on Dragon Ball, it IS only a matter of time.
Disney will someday buy Shonen Jump, and then they'll make more unnecessary Dragon Ball spin-offs and cross-overs with Phineas & Ferb.

Among other things, they hadn't actually finalised the film before the game finished development. As one of the more obvious examples, the game uses an older version of the ending (which then got extended for the final version of the film)

I cannot hate 102 Dalmatians. I remember my parents buying that and to what I believe was my first PS1 experience aside from Crash Bandicoot 3. While it does seem simplistic, it has some really good music tracks for each environment. They all feel and match the level they are in, and at the end of the day it’s a damn adorable puppy adventure game that makes me smile.
