There's a lot more that goes into filming than just landing tricks. In this video, we follow Dakota Roche through the process of filming his latest project for Vans, "Low & Hi". Alongside videographer Calvin Kosovich, and photographer Jeff Zielinski, Dak takes us through the end of the 14-month-long journey, which is his ode to the intense process of spot-searching and trick selection that drives him.

There’s just not gonna be anything like DAK he is such an am representation of bmx and work ethic.
It's encouraging to see riders being humble. They still have to overcome fear. I'm starting out and I beef simple things and I see riders my age with alot more time in beef over simple tricks. Just shows progress is progress enjoy the ride do your best!

This is dope! I feel the same exact way. Personally I’ve managed to film every video part I ever had in one single town. That’s about 8-12 parts. 4 of them are gone due to the ride site vanishing. It’s been difficult to get all of them in this same area and make them watchable. 😂 But this needs to be watched by every kid in this sport. It’s not about what you can do. It’s about how, & where you do it. ❤
