@@vpintea533 OK yeah there’s lots to do in the area for sure, after living on promontory for so long you get kind of used to it but if you come down to Sardis you really enjoy the extra five or ten minutes you gain each time you leave out come home. And that much closer to everything as well. Thanks for watching call if you have any questions
How about the air quality in Promontory, especially the manure smell? Many people complain about it living in Chilliwack. Is there manure smell in Promontory? If so, how long? Actually I am thinking about moving to Promontory from Surrey and like a new house around Crimson Ridge, Promontory. But I worry about the air quality and manure smell in this area. Could you give me some idea as you have been living there 15 years? This is very important for me to make further decision. Looking forward your response and thanks in advance.
hey thanks for the comment, promontory and manure smell are not a thing. I wouldnt be too concerned with manure smell here maybe a couple times a year if you are close to a farm. Air quality in the summer can get bad in august if we dont get any rain for a few months or if theres a forest fire nearby. Crimson ridge is a great area to consider for sure call me at 6048194366 and i can go over things with you for sure
Thanks so much for your quick response. My understanding is that there is no any manure smell in promontory all year. Is it correct? How about water quality in this area? Residential water come from natural lake or deep well? Water quality is also my concern now. Thanks again.@@carnetrevor
@@Henryflying promontory is on city water, some of the best water in bc for sure. No smell here unless you have a neighbor who smokes haha. Why don’t we do an educational tour and I’ll show you around
@@carnetrevor Thanks, an educational tour is a good idea, I will contact you once I move forward. It will be great if you could provide me more information about Promontory for my reference. Thanks again!
Thanks for the comment. That really depends on the area, some of the nicer streets on promontory with a great view will be more expensive than sardis area but depends mostly on what you are comparing it too.
@@carnetrevor There is only 2 roads ro get up here with lots and lots of housing if there we were to have a fire up the road ways would be horrible I live up here now have for 15 years wish i lived out the hill in the sardis area

Great video but 10% cheaper than Sardis? I don't think so!
Haha well I guess it depends on the street quite a bit.
