The program that I'm using is called "Partypack" and it is exclusively to PC only since there is no configuration or how to do it on console.

NOTICE REMINDER:
As of February 23, 2024 there was an announcement made in the "Fortnite Festival Modding" Discord server aka "Partypack" stating that the Modded Client wouldn't be able to work or as of in their words "partypack isn't coming back for awhile..." due to Season 2 of Festival being out as of recently they have no work around to get it working as of right now. It is temporarily closed but don't know when it's coming back. If you want to see more about Partypack then come join in their server to hear more about Partypack and some other stuff that will probably be announced. Thanks for reading this!

@@orlionlynn2799 Yes. Exactly like that. I used to play lots of osu mania but not as much anymore. Arrows notes are like hammer-ons / pull-offs from the Guitar Hero & Rock Band games.

This is a modded client call "Partypack". The description tells you what the mod is but if you join their server they have people that can talk about it better than me. Letting you know that this is only exclusively to PC only no possible chance of it coming to consoles like Xbox, Playstation, Nintendo Switch & Mobile.
This is a lot easier than the other counterparts
