Naww the little ginger kitty is so cute! The harness part is so realistic as cats do crouch down like that in order to try and crawl out. I have an orange kitty and he is the sweetest boy. Thanks for sharing this game with us! :D
I love all the cat like things you can do. Not every object or jump is a needed thing. Pushing things off ledges seems to be the most realistic part so far. It's amazing to think that the skills to climb trees and jump from branches has made them the parkour champs of the Human world
Hey cowboy, you mentioned the cat getting his claws sharp near the beginning. Neat little fact - cats don't actually sharpen their claws. The talons grow out in layers and the cat claws at something to cause the outside layer to come off and uncover a brand new, razor sharp layer of claw. underneath

I don’t think my ego could stand how long it took me to get to the same place you got to in 30 minutes. I spent a lot of time looking around at first before realizing all the hints the game gives you to keep you moving in the right direction…

Cats absolutely can understand simple language, although generally they won't follow direction unless they feel like it (or if treats are involved, lol). As for the electronics stuff, just suspend your disbelief a bit and you'll find the game more enjoyable.

I was mostly joking around about the cat thing; but I absolutely cannot stand when people are like "well fiction has X fictional thing, therefore anything goes". That's a major pet peeve of mine, and just hearing it makes me want to tear my hair out. World Building is about taking specific fictional concepts and exploring them in a logical way. You can introduce something to a fictional world, that doesn't exist IRL, such as magic; but the consequences of introducing such a thing still need to make sense and still need to be logical. There's a difference between something not existing and something being "unrealistic". You can make up an animal and it can be perfectly realistic, while not actually existing in the real world. Magic isn't "unrealistic". Magic doesn't exist in our world, but the setting of a story is NOT our world. When you build a setting in which magic exists, magic is realistic within the context of that setting. And if you're going to world build properly, then the consequences of magic's existence in said setting need to be realistic as well. ---- Suspension of disbelief comes in when the speculative concept that the story is built around, requires certain unrealistic things to be accepted to work. But that doesn't mean just any illogical thing can be tossed into the story and still be accepted.

All we've seen is some greenery up above, and some decrepit cities populated by robots down below. Just because there used to be humans there does not necessarily mean it's our world. Maybe the cat is an evolved Zurk, whatever those are, since the robots thought he looked like one. We haven't seen enough of the game to know yet. It's cool if the game isn't your thing. Not every game is for everybody. Relax.
