First day of going to gym for me was intimidating 😂 didn’t know where to start and what to do. I eventually mingled. Let’s not talk about the pains you feel for the following days😂

I met someone who goes to the gym at my accommodation, so she put me through on how some of the equipments worked.
Started with the treadmill first and you could see how scared I was

But I’ve gotten better now and one thing I realized was, no one actually cares and you can always ask for help from someone. That pain is another story because tell me why I couldn’t walk properly for two days 😂😂😂
