Kenya's current President, William Ruto and Kenya's current 1st lady Rachael Ruto, have already been hosted once at the White House since William Ruto was sworn in as Kenya's 5th President on 13th September 2022, and there above again, are President Ruto and 1st lady Rachel, getting 1st class treatment at the White House from US President Joe Biden and US 1st lady Dr. Jill Biden, in the 1st State visit by a Kenyan President to the USA, since that of Kenya's 3rd President, Mwai Kibaki, and Kenya's then 1st lady, Lucy Kibaki, of October 2003. The visit above too, is the 1st visit State visit to the USA by an African Head of State in 16 years.

What authorizes our government to give this nation our tax dollars? The law must satisfy a compelling government interest to take my money and this does not satisfy that requirement.
The regional security of an African nation, a European nation, an Eastern European nation is not something that U.S. taxpayers should be paying for.
I have nothing against these nations but the constitution limits the power of the government to take our money for speculative purposes. This is Democrats overstepping their legal authority by giving away money they they have no legal right to give away.
A law must satisfy a compelling government interest or spending money as a result of it violates the 4th amendment as to illegal seizure of tax dollars.
