One of the reasons why Chinese can mix with other culture is because Chinese culture is religious and politic neutral. It would be almost impossible for a Democrat to marry a Republican or a Mormon to marry a Muslim.
I can see that Jay is still very smitten with Ari. Your love for each other is just so strong and overflowing that I think it will bear fruits the way Ari wants it - 5 kids!!
I always pay more attention to conversation of your american daily life, even learn how to speak native english just like Ari, what your expression is really helpful to me, most important to see great chinese food Ari enjoy a lot.
Great conversation, one of the best videos from you guys recently. It's always interesting to talk about culture differences, especially between two very different countries like the US and China.
OMG, Jay you are a such good cook and you make things look so easy. I would not mind to pay you to cook my dinner every day or every other day if I live close near by you.
Just back from China. Loved Chinese food there. I don't like animal organs either, but you can have a lot of other choices. Looking forward to your good news on baby planning.
Chinese people are all about penny pinching, but when it comes to certain things like a kid's education, parents will usually be willing to shell out the big bucks to ensure their kids get the best, lol. Y'all always seem to cook up a feast for dinner, the Coca-Cola chicken looks awesome. Wouldn't mind living frugally if I can enjoy that type of food. 😋
It's too shallow to think it's just about penny pinching. There's Chinese idiom 人无远虑必有近忧,meaning if you don't have a long term plan you are bound to run into immediate troubles. Take the current Ukrain situation as an example. China had planned to stock up on grains more than a year ago. Now it is paying off in the face of global food shortage and price hike. Same with oil, gold, and other commodities. Compared with the shortsighted election cycle in the US where all politicians care about is to hold on to power by lip servicing the constituents rather than the long term benefits of the country and its people.
@@junliliu4997 Food cost is such a small percentage of family expenditure that hoarding food is more of a problem than a solution. US family spending on food is greatly exaggerated by dining in restaurants. However, all current food pricing increases are due to logistical and labor circumstances. The amount of commodity that is to be consumed such as grain or petrol can not be reasonably stored to fight shortage. If you have predicted such, buying contracts and selling for profit would be much reasonable. The derided arguments of US politics is completely without merit. >It's too shallow to think it's just about penny pinching. It almost seems like Jay has had formal training in the cooking arts. I really enjoyed the discussion on the four facets of marriage when it comes to international couples You guys have a great outlook and give and take when it comes to your guy's marriage.
I had always believed delayed gratification, worried about the future of myself and my family, until I was diagnosed with a cancer that is not hereditary or caused by life style (we eat super healthy). After that it really changed my opinion on money. While I still have plans for the future I also believe now that one should also enjoy the present.

I just can't help smiling when looking at you guys having the conversation, just heart warming. I do like Ari's attitude towards life, "you're not really living in this moment if you invest all your money in the future that you don't know", that's a good one. you guys are great, enjoy the life
wow, great food, great conversation, great laugh track! love it, dad
HAPPINESS!
You are great in law for them. So supportive.
I love your performance, brother ♥ May Lord continue to bless you and family members. To God be All The Glory.
I try not to serve pizza when Jay visits.😀😀.😀 It is great to see how well you two get along. Love you, Mom.
Hello Sister Lynette, you are blessed with precious family. May the Lord continue to protect you and family members. ♥ Hallelujah.
cute mom
hello,,,
Love you so much mom! Jay is liking pizza more now so you can serve it when you want haha ☺️
You two are so adorable. Watching your channel makes me happier.
I feel having a Chinese spouse, wife or husband, is a blessing as a family. The cultures from both sides are quite enjoyable :-)
One of the reasons why Chinese can mix with other culture is because Chinese culture is religious and politic neutral. It would be almost impossible for a Democrat to marry a Republican or a Mormon to marry a Muslim.

There is always a way to settle both international cultural shocks or conflicts.
And Mr Jay sure is a good cook, all the dishes are divine.👏🏻
Love your video beautiful couple love from UK England
Comparing and considering between the reality and future, the keyword is "balance".
you guys always a blast for me to watch. Keep it up and have kids when you are really ready.
To have some savings and to spend, both are important... Its about managing and balancing. I hope you both have a family soon.

Jay’s cooking skill is 10 out of 10 😃, love it
