सुप्रीम कोर्ट से अंतरिम जमानत मिलने के बाद अरविंद केजरीवाल जेल से बाहर आ गए हैं और लगातार चुनाव प्रचार कर रहे हैं. अरविंद केजरीवाल लगातार अपने संबोधन में कह रहे हैं कि अगर INDIA गठबंधन की सरकार बनती है, तो उन्हें जेल नहीं जाना पड़ेगा. अब सवाल है कि केजरीवाल ऐसा क्यों कह रहे हैं. केजरीवाल जनता से कह रहे हैं कि वो जनता के लिए जेल गए. क्या अब सरकार तय करेगी कौन जेल में रहेगा या नहीं. क्या केजरीवाल के पास इसके लिए अलावा कोई चारा नहीं है? केजरीवाल आज तक दिल्ली को पूर्ण राज्य का दर्जा नहीं दिला पाए. पूर्ण राज्य के दर्जे वाले मामले पर कांग्रेस ही उसके साथ नहीं है.
