There's no need to fear the shears if you have a healthy haircare routine! 💛 I had to cut a few inches six months ago which felt so sad at first, but I immediately saw and felt the difference when styling (those curls looked WAY happier!) and I've already gotten the length back! 🙌🏾 It's counterintuitive, but regular trims are a necessity to growing healthy hair! That was my sister's advice and it's working for me so far. ☺️

Rose bloom best when you cut them back. It improves growth and health. Thank for sharing and teaching us how to care for our hair.

I used to get professional trims like once a year but this year I’m going to make sure I go every 4 months. I got the first one of the year and it already feels/looks healthier.

Ohh so good! 💛 I plan on trimming my hair every quarter of this year. I gave myself a haircut this month and my hair feels incredible. ✨
