Hi Gareth, just to put this into perspective.
I can go to a local butchers shop and buy 1KG of freshly made, Cumberland or pork sausage for £7.50.
    No contest!
Thanks for highlighting supermarket prices and as you say, support your local, family stores.

It didn't look too bad. I tend to buy a 6-pack of Cumberlands from Morrisons; eat three and freeze the others for another occasion. Well cooked in the oven. I might add some frozen battered onion rings or Yorkshire puds later on in the cooking. Maris Piper boiled, then mashed with some butter. I might add a little grain mustard. If not, there's always some balsamic onion chutney available!
Added veg - some spring cabbage which benefits from a little mint sauce when dished up. Sometimes I will instead cut up some carrots into batons, mix them with a spot of oil and dried herbs, with two or three minutes zapped & stirred in the microwave.
I don't miss the gravy, but if pre-planned I will have some beef stock in the freezer to call upon.

I've tried this but only because I saw 2 of them in the yellow label section, I think I paid £2.49 each and they were ok for that amount. I wouldn't pay £4, simply because it's powdered mash, 2 very peppery sausages and some gravy.

Nice wine selection, but when I saw it on the plate, I saw breakfast, and imagined the empty space taken up by a couple of fried eggs and some beans.

I watch on my big Sky Glass TV Gazzer and I watch you on my PC. So I get the best of both worlds. And of course, I am subscribed to you and always give you a thumbs up. So worry not my friend

Gareth, if you think it's tasty then maybe it's worth £4. A big bag of frozen mixed vegetables isn't all that expensive. And Tesco gravy granules is great value. As always love your reviews...you should have your own show.😋🙂👍♥️

That looked quite nice Gareth, and the transformation of the sausages when they came out of the oven was like superman and the phone box 😂😂 speaking of ovens, any chance you do something in the Sage on the airfryer setting?? I don't think I've ever saw you do one, is there a reason why not? Great review as per usual 👍👍🫡
