For Malefica try Serpents Force for the attack boost burst and to be able to punch through celesticas defenses and true piety. Then bloodlust for dmg boost and invulnerability. Then a defensive insignia like flameguard, scorch or spiked shield for survivability. (Regular damage reduction is a thing of the past thanks to sword sage.) For pet use Jolly Bunny since it will convert attacks and skills to HP. It will compensate the healing for dropping battle ardor.
