Mike Fallon (Scott Adkins) is the Accident Man - a stone-cold killer and the best at what he does. No, it was probably Scott Adkins who farted - I attended Bishop Vesey's Grammar School in Sutton Coldfield and was a few years below Scott. We had a funny chemistry teacher (Mrs Taylor) who always said, "Bad for the environment" when anybody farted in class (referring to methane as a powerful greenhouse gas) so it's a bit of an in-joke among old Veseyans to say, "Bad for the environment" after letting one off.
