I love the style. Sana lang ginawang open concept yung kitchen going to the dining para hindi na-limit yung space at hindi puro daanan or pintuan. Medyo naguluhan kasi ako sa layout sa first floor, nagmukhang masikip with all the walls and doors.
Nanunuod ako ng ibat ibang channels about sa house projects!! But this one is the most detailed, hindi nakakaliyo at ang galing mag explain.. like sales talk!!! So very good 👍❤️

This house is kinda American type, this one is similar to our old house here in USA but it’s sold out already and we got new home now. I wouldn’t like to buy this type of house if it’s in the philippines it’s a tropical country. Maybe somewhere in tagaytay or Baguio pero, hindi parin hehe. Anyway thank’s for showing this 👍🏼
Ang ganda ng bahay pero parang ang common ng toilet. Tapos mas maganda siguro if open space concept sa ground floor para hindi madilim and light comes in naturally.
Maganda sa labas tingnan👍oi driveway pala yan,hehehe. Hindi matched ang kulay nang railings at floor . Maraming divisions sa loob sumikip tingnan, lets go to your next showings.

Nice house at a wrong village. It seems like the village is not well maintained. Low village perimeter wall, security might be an issue for that 30M house and others. Other neighbour's houses may be at par but a few are like not even close.. doesn't feel like it's really in an exclusive village. I think it's overpriced. Maybe you can charge that price or more if it's in a nicer village. A clear and glaring example that the house is more expensive than the lot. Nothing bad though if which one has higher in value but most home buyers are more after the land value and/ or the size of the lot rather than the things you put in it, materials, number of floors, etc. A wise and practical buyer knows that the land value appreciates and not the structure itself. Fireplace is totally unnecessary considering the climate that we have. Maybe if it is located in Bagiuo that pitch might work. The house is just a step up or two from street level. Wished it's a bit more elevated. Just my two cents.. that is maybe uncalled for and doesn't really matter to most of the people. Haha! : ) ✌
The house is beautiful in and out. But fireplace a bit odd for a place like Manila. The kitchen size is great and the dining area but the wall between the kitchen and dining area with 2 entrances looks weird. Maybe an open plan will make the area more airy. Beautiful place tho.
Its a nice house pero you should not indicate na 4 to 5 parking space ito, I think space provided is for two regular sedan size only. Also kindly free up the sidewalk from landscape, hindi po yan kasama sa property, it's for the community po yan para di lumakad sa kalye ang pedestrian..

This is not an airy and cozy country style home. It has walls in the kitchen dining and the powder room is in the kitchen area. When you open the front door, it is not an open space. It feels cramp and not spacious.The exterior of the house is country but compare to american style home, this is not how american country home looks like. Although the materials is comparable to american standard. Nice presentation though.

It would have been much better if the architect did an open concept, the wall divider is not an eye catcher...too many walls, makes the entry look tight.

Grabe ganda ito gusto ko for around 30m. Ay sana manalo ako sa lotoo talaga ng jackpot hahaha bilhin ko ito talaga.

is lot too small a 30 m peso home be at lest 1,000 sqm . america house on at lest hector lot with 5 meter walls around the village.
