The concern about road connectivity and development is question for all residents of Township and that will be priority for all Developers to protect their brand value in future and no one deny this Fact. They are not fool investing 10 Thousand crore plus in place where there will be no connectivity and growth.. So humble request to you, don't discourage anyone if you don't want to accept the truth.
Invested in godrej urban retreat and now i am regretting my decision, zero concern for road. And projects like majestic and nearby projects are already have connectivity to kharadi at same pruce

Also for Township road, they are making but at very slow pace. Lets after election if anything boost as kharadi Keshavnagar bridge is now at almost completion.
@SqftXpert there can be several reasons slow pace and can not blame any particular entity without confirming, but why agents not informing about 100m road next to urban retreat. And why are they not informing about the road between Kohinoor and gera, that's not a slow pace those land parcels are disputed. And none seems to be bothered about it
Thank you for the Feedback. For the road concern, now we have to be dependent on Developers in Township as its their sole responsibility to handover it. Or until many peoples comes to live their and protest for what their Developers have committed and not given yet.
