A lot of people watch Twitch streams to communicate with the creator, whether the creator reads their chats or not. People know their chats likely won’t be read, but it’s fun to chat anyway. That’s why this person behaved the way they did.

I've done the same in gaming. Battlefield 4 I had a habit of using C4 to blow up tanks.
