Yessss! Marlie! We are super happy to have you on the channel - I have seen every step of your journey. It's incredible what you've done in under a year! Your videos will help inspire hope, a lot of it.
I really needed this. I almost feel bad to feel so relieved to hear someone else who suffered in very specific fears I share, like fear of being possessed, but to hear how happy you are becoming feels better. Doing the work is the hard part. Usually I just watch a video like this, feel better then go about as usual, which is the reassurance trap.. I have an OCD that completely feels like the exception, my nose was messed up with a couple surgeries and I'm mostly a mouth breather and developed a fear of inhaling dust and ruining my lungs, which has completely consumed me and I'm afraid of sitting on fabrics or even getting in the car, when I see a shaft of sunlight and see dust particles everywhere, I cover my mouth with my hand, hold my breath until my head hurts, or fan the dust away with a journal book. I feel so pathetic and absurd, but I am reminded that others have been far more debilitated and recovered.
So happy for you Marley my daughter is in therapy as well. She’s not as bad as you speak of on your journey but she does have a lot of the same stuff going on as you. So thankful for your video. I am going to share with her this afternoon, and I am just so thankful for Rob and Ocd group without them who knows where we would be😢

Interesting I always thought ocd was a habit like washing your hands or cleaning. Very good talk and good luck on your journey!!!!
