Dammit Scott, I needed this 10 years ago 😂 Love how you manage to distill the knowledge into such a simple and understandable package and, especially, how you take into account different body types!
I took Scott's full day seminar and this philosophy made in an instant impact in my throw. Now, I still forget and go back to swooping, but once I remember this, the elbow goes back to being out in front, followed by the wrist, etc. If you pull through too low, your arm collapses against your body and all the power and spin goes out the window.
I'm glad I came across this video, because I thought I was crazy for thinking that pulling on the higher side of my pec was getting me more consistent power and accuracy. Now I'll stick to it
So you can pull hard at the different levers from different heights but the issue is people need to get into an athletic stance and then see where the pull through is strongest. Standing up during the shot is what causes majority of these issues

Thanks Scott this makes a lot of sense can't wait to try it
You are wild, Stokely. Do you feel any competitive juices flowing now that your old buddy Climo is starting his own line of discs too?
Great stuff
Paul Oman pulls pretty high as well. Not as high as matt. I throw kinda the same way but im 6ft6 and it works for me
