Well it depends on how you use Hybrid Kaido. I would say Based Kaido has a better at brute strength cause he's a power type but Hybrid Kaido is a speed or technique type so you have to play him by mixing all of his attack and be creative. But when you figure out all of Hybrid Kaido best attributs, he's easily better than Based Kaido in my opinion.
