You did the same strategy i have now 7 cars playing to grow my fleet to 15 cars i am focusing on the cheap car cash strugglling withthe maintenance sometimes but i prefer to struggle with maintenance than with a big note but i am planning to get newer cars once i get to 15 cash cars what do you think?
I see ypu have cheap cars whoch is the way to go. For me personally im in a position no onelse in ESPECIALLY IN NYC. And i thank god everyday for the position in in 🙏🏾🙏🏾 I have a fleet of 8 now 14 provide service all throughout NYC, and my utilization is above 50% i generally make 100 to 120% month over month and all my vehicles are 2021! Im lucky that i park my vehicles in a garage and i DONT pay for parking! Just this alone opened all the opportunities i need, now my issue is growing my fleet my lease are up in 8 of my vehicles and im tying to pull out 15 to end up with 30 cars. Granted in new jersey with my previous pertner we actually grew to 117 cars 😂
We have actually invested about $45K in 7 cars. They should return our investment in about 10-12 months. Of course, that does not include expenses... which is the subject of a future video.
