- LED Knight Rider Chaser Using Shift Register(74ls164)
Hello everyone, I am the Electronics Guy. I post videos teaching you how to do cool electronic circuits on breadboards. In one of my previous videos I built an adjustable LED chaser using a shift register (74ls164). Today I show clearly step by step how to build the knight rider style using the shift register. Follow along and enjoy:)

*breadboard
*connecting wires
*555 timer ic
*74ls164 ic
*8x 100ohm resistors
*4x 10k resistors
*1k resistor
*10k trimpot
*8x LED
*jumper wires
*2x 10uf capacitors
*5v batteries - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต
Straigh to the point video, I like it.
Also I made pretty much the same project at school, but using 74LS374.
The knight Rider display runs from left to right then right to left, the circuit needs more component's, it usually runs 16 LED's not 8.

did you use a program (C51)for this, if so could you send it to me
74hc164 unidirectional shift register
Kya uski jagpe 74Hc165 use kar sakte hai
Knight rider lights light up left to right then back left not just left to right then stop.
Hello, I need the circuit diagram picture plz
is 555 astable or monostable mode?
Astable as he connected pin 2 to pin 6
