Not only that, but you don't have to update. And if it does you can go back. It's not hard.
You can literally set steam to never update your game by going into the game properties in steam and under the beta tab just choose the game version you want to stick to. So many people bitch and complain about updates breaking their mods when there's a solution right there. It's just needless negativity and whining.

Me too but if they say they are not giving a release date, it means it is multiple years away from release. Been that way with most games, most mods, so I doubt Arda is any different.

@@dododingus3787 Its been in the works forever, I've been seeing things for Arda since before I knew Bannerlord was coming out, its probably going to be extremely well made, and for that, I will wait.

im surprise you havent talked about the new realm of throne mod it is a complete overhaul aswell for my opinion one of the best with eagle rising and europe 1100
Tale needs to actually implement this stuff into the game especially the crafting . For sandbox they need all of it and Def the troop creation. To make it more diverse
They don't. The game is better than any other game like it and warband, these are mods, any of this brought into the base game would need bug fixing and rebalancing everything
BK/BKCE is great but its wayyyyy too unstable, i went from rarely crashing (like ever) to crashing every playthrough, they seriously need to polish the mod cos its absolutely fantastic.
Oh thank goodness im not the only one having issues where sometimes when i start out with indebted lord I don’t get a village or if I look at the demenes as a non lord it crashes
I'm in the same situation. I'm always crashing after about a year of in-game time and it's so disappointing because the mod is great.

Best overhaul is def Bannerlord online, has thousands of daily players across 4 servers. not just simulated battles but on the campaign map with massive clan wars. #BandOfTheDrengr

Don't want to pay to play and support the devs so that the world can get fleshed out ? Then don't. You can wait for the release of the version locked behind the patreon (only 3 dollars) its not locked forever and just done the way for those who want to support us. The game is released to the public shortly after given to patreons to bug smash just FYI
Wish I could play the Bannerkings mods, but they don’t want bugs reports and instead just think you’re in the wrong. I’ve used the installation guide they provided and it doesn’t work, but you can’t tell them that, because they don’t want to see it. Maybe it’s just the Ancient Civilizations mod that is ruining everything because the mod creator mysteriously lost the file that Bannerkings said to use. I don’t know, probably just going to delete Bannerkings and play with a different bigger mod.
Bannerkings with Ancient Civ. works for me! Have you tried changing up the loading order? Maybe other versions of the mods could help too

For a game about combat it just does have terrible combat. All you Bannerlord simps can flame all you want but the recent shield change was borderline demented, absolutely garbo talents that dont know the difference between 1.01 and 1.001.
Yeah I love taking turns hitting the AI shield then kicking then going back to hitting their shield and kicking. Boring. Tedious.
