I've had my lacrosse rubberboots for nearly 5 years and i truly enjoy mine still standing weak at some parts but still no cracks or leaks they tend to fall over but im not complaining. .I also enjoy wearing them just lounging around the house like relaxing watching tv.. They feel like wearing bedroom slippers...I Truly love them!!! Just so comfy to wear...
You are dead on man! My favorite go to boot for anything from hunting to four wheeler riding to trapping to bowfishing. If you fall in between sizes lacrosse makes felt insoles in two different thicknesses that help with fit and warmth.
You can spray a coat of clear spray paint when you first get them and it will seal in that oil along with the smell. Leave them outside on the porch 4 or 5 days and the paint smell will be gone. I use the jeck out of dead down wind (cause it does really work) and ive been known to spray some doe urin on my boots before I walk in (in the states its legal) so having that clear coat keeps the other things I spray from breaking down the boot. Its like scotch guard for rubber. As ive said before, im not a fan of rubber boots but I do use them when the wet weather requires them. I did order the drycode last night, should be here tomorrow so we will see. But best believe they are getting a clear coat or two.
I love the old lacrosse air elite soles lasted for years. I’ve had four pair of the burlys and every single pair split and cracked within a year and I walk a lot also. Just my experience with them the quality has gone down the last 25 years. Cheaper is the way companies are going now.
As a video suggestion, how about a video with your stand set up? Separate video suggestions would be do you use a bow holder in your stand and/or reviews on those.
These boots are ok for fall weather, they will not keep your feet warm when it's in the 30 degree range,When it gets cold I wear Baffin -40 degrees boots.Nothing keeps your feet warmer than Baffin Boots,The is the Number boot they wear in Alaska and the Yukon
I have a cheat code for that on long sits. I have a pair of wool socks that I cut the top out of I slide them over the end of my boots when it’s below 20 degrees and it works great!
One thing I've found with rubber boots, especially those with poor lugs on the sole, they really have a lack of grip issue when the woods are wet. They slip on rocks and wood, fallen trees, etc. I wear rubber when I have to - like when I'm running around in the swamps. But I hate rubber boots. They don't grip as well as a lace up, they lack the ankle support, and because you never get a perfect fit around you angle and insole area, your foot can move around in them and you get blisters. IDK how you put so many miles on a rubber boot. Your foot must just fit perfect to their mold. I'm a little jelous to be honest. I would wear mine more if I could cover that kind of distance without getting blisters..
I get 6 months out of a pair, they are nice boots but I walk a lot too and the hill on the inside the boot wears through and there's a hoe and it will cause blisters so I've had seven pairs of these I've tried getting a size bigger can't wear a size smaller they need to do something about reinforcing the hill on the inside of boot so don't rub through the foam
There’s a company named kalKal reaching out to me wanting to give me boots. I never heard of them have you? I’ve looked up reviews on their boots on TH-cam and there aren’t any.
These and the original grange cannot be beat. The only boots that fit your ankle properly. My only complaint, is like you mentioned, they are not warm boots.
turtle wax helps to keep the rubber stronger and last longer. I wear boots that are 30 years old. the old USA made Lacrosse burlys and ATS. I love my Lacrosse boots not the muck boots they suck.

teach me your ways mister money man.. please?
Awesome boots! What size are the boots which are shown in this video? I read that they are isolated. Are suitable for winter?
They are size 12s and they can be with a good pair of socks
But how comfortable are they? I put my foot in a rubber boot and said no rubber boots. Do you double sock it or is it just nice stock?
I think they are very comfortable! I wear the dickes work socks
Are both the links you have up the same boot? Or Is the one from bass pro the insulated version? Last question do your feet sweat bad when it’s hot?
