Obviously they are very fit and have lots of stamina, but it's actually pretty easy to take a good breathe through the smile. You can just basically breathe through your mouth and it's not visible to the audience :)

Dance isn't recognized as a real sport by the NCAA so they don't get offered any scholarships. People who study dance as their major have scholarship opportunities and so do med students.
These are the worst pompom or cheerleading outfits I've seen what's going on with the style these are like outfits I wore when I was a teenager in gym class in the 70s..... These are horrible.... Just my opinion but my goodness come on
