Your positive energy and detailed explanations make watching your vlogs so enjoyable. It's a delight to eat while watching your vlog because I can see how much you savor even the simplest dishes. You are always the missing puzzle piece that completes my day. 😊
Definitely! I have eaten at quite a few places that you have visited. Thank you for introducing us to these wonderful eateries! And when I’m in Cebu, will sure to try Silogan ni Gian! 😋 BTW, the second dish you had was porksilog, but you kept calling it tocino silog… 🤣
Hi, KURT! If there's one thing that unites the Filipinos, aside from our love for festivities and warm hospitality, it's our unparalleled passion for food. And when it comes to breakfast, a meal often considered the cornerstone of our day, the “silog” reigns supreme. Your videos are indeed delightful to watch and it really meant a lot especially for some OFWs or Filipinos who have been away from the Philippines for a long time and missing our home country, it somehow brings us closer to home. So, in behalf of our Filipino kababayans, we would like to let you know how much we appreciate your daily vlogs about the Philippines and local Karenderyas in barangays. Maraming salamat, Kurt! Your avid twin viewers from Illinois, Josephine and Jocelyn
You know, I really admire how you still use your old items, like that hat, even though you have plenty of new ones you could replace them with. I noticed this when you arrived in Cebu. It's a reminder that some things, even when they are old and worn out, remain valuable and cherished. Sorry if I'm off-topic again, but I just wanted to say how much I admire your personality. It's those little details that truly stand out and make you unique to me. 😊
HI, KURT! It’s really impossible not to crave for Sisigsilog while watching your vlog. The combination of scrumptious, savory marinated sisig, garlicky rice, and a rich runny yolk of fried egg are absolutely tempting. You are making us hungry. Many Filipinos grew up eating silog meals for breakfast, making it a deeply ingrained food nostalgia associated with home and family meals. Thank you for your another exciting food adventure in Cebu, the Queen City of the South! Your avid twin viewers from Illinois, Josephine and Jocelyn

HI, KURT! Silog meals are quintessential and most favorite breakfast among Filipinos which are commonly sold by local karinderyas and usually available anytime of the day. Reminiscing fond memories of childhood when every bite of silog would take you to a nostalgic trip down memory lane. Silog meals weren't just a hearty breakfast, they were a slice of pure childhood joy! ❤️❤️ Your avid twin viewers from Illinois, Josephine and Jocelyn
