if you dont have a SDR at least get the 20$ RTL-SDR boot up linux off a thumb drive if ur not familliar a tool rtl_433 can decode all kinds of stuff. and just cause the name has 433 u can tune ut to whatever i get keyfobs dooor sensors from alarms tier pressure sensors in new cars that 4x tranmitters with unique serials lol we are so bugged i like the wya u think. wish i could spend the money on gear u get. thx for the tip about the gas price boards i will be setting up a pi in my car so i can log random stuff or just ssh into it from my tablet sorry for the sloppy tipeing im in a rrush keep up the vids man!
juding by the pice of hardware ive seen on here im surpised he hasnt got a ettus resarch sdr and OPEN BTS TO run a local cell network that can conect to his other voip intercoom stuff
There is no shortage problem, when there is the case installed - the design prevents it, and the pin is now cut of in every module from back side in production.

The idea of bruteforcing interests me, we know the frequency and the protocol and maybe the Key of just one restaurant pager. How to take that info and 'bruteforce' all pagers if you only know the key to one?
I have the same remote Princeton 24 bit and i changed the jumpers exactly like the gas station remote, i even captured the signal from my remote on my flipper and they were the same. I tried multiple gas station signs around me and none of them were responding to my remote singals.(I tried pressing 1 5 times to enter editing mode) nothing worked.
Do you think the antenna module was intentionally designed to short and damage Flippers? 🤔 I could see the issue being an oversight, but coupling it with the recommendation to turn on 5V with no other reason begs the question.
@@peterfairlie2296 oversights happen. Hopefully they see your video and atleast remove the suggestion to turn 5V from their website. A little insulating tape on future models wouldn't be bad either.

I couldn't help but notice that the Flipper module you were using has a menu item that deals with RFID technology. I am very curious about that technology, hoping to use it in a project I have in design stage at the moment. How much have you played with RFID?

I’m using the unleashed firmware and it does Security+ 2.0 rolling codes. Those aren’t encrypted in any way. They just add to the last used code.
