      one of the great fallacies of foreign aid is that "money is sent overseas". In truth, GOODS are sent overseas. American-made goods. Fpreign aid projects - whether weapons, humanitarian aid or food, is American products creating American jobs.

      And yet, even with litigation and a settlement on repairs to the corroding pumps, he didn't know who the pump manufacturer is? But, he's concise and on point? He also didn't answer why it takes the Army Corp of Engineers so long and at the cost of millions of extra taxpayer dollars to arrive at a decision. One positive thing at least that was refreshing, he never once said "thank you for the question, senator"....
