What a keeper ay?
Fight a fear? What specifically and I can try and offer advice.
Practice a lot :D and start slowly building confidence :D I have friends shoot from various distances and make them practice 1-2 passes, helps them get better and helps you get your reflexes and the fearlessness needed. Also included are penalty practice sessions.
Use gloves.

This keeper is nice with it, but the rest of the Barcelona futsal club sucks by the looks of it
Spanish goalkeeper school - the best of the world, that is why they allwayse on the top, but now, Sedano is "one of the best", but not "the best". He lose competition to Juanjo in "Barca" in this season, but I hope, that he will play in play -off as a main keeper.
I think, There is a groupe of elite goalkeepers, which can named as one of the best: Higuita, Thiago, Guitta, Aksentievich, Hesus Herrero, Carlos Barron, Sedano of course.
And there is a one unappreciated goalkeeper in spanish Primera - Juan Molina from "Aspil Vidal Ribera Navarra" - one of the best keepers in Spain, but he play not in top club, that is why most of people didn't hear about him, atfortunately.
