My 35 y/o husband, Nicholas, passed away in April from GBM. He was diagnosed in March of last year. I started watching your videos shortly after as I was searching for something to relate to.
I am SO overjoyed that you are still fighting.
Our sons are 2, 7, & 12 and there are no words for how tough this journey is but know that you all are not alone. Even strangers like myself are thinking of you guys & cheering you on!!!!

My brother Phil just died last weak from a Glioblastoma. He was given two months to live but he fought hard and made 2 years. My prayers go out to anyone who has a loved one with this terrible disease, but please stay hopeful.

@@janety.1323 Are you the TH-cam ethics Police, because the last time I checked there was no such thing! Who are you to say what this family "needs" or doesn't "need" to hear! This family is on the same journey but with different endings! If he passes away, his suffering ends but his wife's does not! This family knows exactly what they're dealing with, they understand the reality of their current situation, and the woman you responded to has gone through the same thing! All she wanted was to let them know they are in her thoughts in prayers, that she had just lost her husband so she understands their situation, and that his wife has support if needed! Just because it wasn't something You'd want hear or something you wouldn't have said, doesn't make You right and her wrong!

God sent me here to listen to your story, I’m prepping my heart and mind for my DIL with Glioblastoma, trying to help my son and his children. I do daycare for her. The story is so very similar. I am not sure what I can learn but I will listen in small bites. I’m also listening to nurse Julie and I’m a retired nurse with more to learn.

I have been watching your journey since I found out my best friend is battling a Glioblastoma. I wanted to learn more. She will not talk about it and I had nowhere to go. Thank you so much for sharing this painful, and blessed journey with all of us. I am praying for you all.
Unfortunately, my brother was diagnosed 2 years ago but decided not to tell us (His siblings). I am so sad to say my brother Phil died on Thanksgiving eve of a Glioblastoma. His tumor was inoperable. We are all in shock and miss him dearly.
Please, if you can, donate to research in finding better ways to help those with this terrible disease. May God continue to keep you here, pain-free, functional, and grateful. Your children need you

God bless and I hope all is well. I lost my world...my father just 5 1/2 months after his diagnosis. This is a brutal disease. I pray you continue on that path you are on which is a heck of a lot better than my dad. Day 1 of diagnosis I had lost my father as I knew him forever. He was never the same. But. That’s what god wanted. He called his angel home sooner than anticipated. My mom passed just 5 days before him. He took care of her for 20 yrs before he got sick. They were meant to stay together.

Darn, I removed a sentence from my comment having realized I misunderstood something and I LOST the “acknowledging heart” I received from you guys. 😔 Brandon and Carrie, thank you for posting this update. Of course I don’t know you but I think about you all the time. I find myself getting worried if I don’t see any updates. I really admire each of you for your courage, honesty, kindness and selfless sharing of this nightmare you are living.Brandon I hope and pray you are with your family for a long time to come.Carrie, I very much admire you. Ten children to raise AND by your husbands side helping him think through each decision logically and while no doubt you have your moments of weakness, you should be proud of yourself for thinking clearly, ensuring clarity from the doctors and making informed decisions. May God bless you both.and Carrie.....chew all the damn gum you want! 🙏🏼💛🤞 I lost my mom to Glioblastoma last year. She was diagnosed on April 4th and we lost her on April 13th. It’s amazing how very different each situation is. I smile every time I see an update and see the two of you sitting there TOGETHER. Love from Connecticut.

The two of you are so brave. I know how devastating a Glioblastoma is as my husband was diagnosed in September 2019. underwent a 6 hr craniotomy to remove the tumour, followed by radiotherapy, chemotherapy and was on trials for an immunotherapy therapy run by Oxford University in England. Despite all this, the tumour grew back more aggressively, he passed away 30th June 2020. Very little money is put into brain tumour research in England, I am now a Fund Raiser for a brain tumour charity in the hope that the much needed money which will go into research. A cure must be found, the diagnosis at the moment is a death knell. You have youth on your side, a better chance of living 5 to 10 yrs, my husband was 68. I sincerely hope you get through the surgery, my thoughts are with you, and your beautiful family.

I know what you are going thru, since wife has your same condition since April 2020, 3 post MRI's including one yesterday have no progresión so far. Every day is a blessing and we thank the Lord for each moment. In the end we must all leave and will be there no more pain and suffering. All things are possible, if we believe. Blessings to everyone.

I’ve just read an article that researchers at The Royal Marsden In England may have a breakthrough, an experimental new therapy, a new combination treatment, that could be a game changing treatment for some brain tumour patients. It might be worth doing some research into this, it’s in its infancy, but offers hope.

Hello. I just found you today and have been following your videos all night. My husband was diagnosed in early November with an anaplastic astrocytoma stage 3 acting like more like stage 4 he does not have the mutation to respond to treatment and his is said to be non removable. We are lost and and devastated as no treatments seem to work. My husband has lost vision on his left side and all down his left side is numb. My husband has the same problem with his left side vision along with left side numbness down his body. Your story is remarkable and praying for you. I would love to connect with you somehow as we are beginning this journey and I pray for your surgery and recovery. Thinking of you all. As you know this hits us so fast. My husband is 48 and we have a 14 year old daughter. 3 months ago he was coaching her softball team and completely fine. Praying for you and watched all your videos. We are lost and confused with treatments and where to go. Insurance is a nightmare. This is such an awful diagnosis. I will keep praying for you and hope we can connect sometime as we are learning things and not quite yet understanding that this can’t be removed and doesn’t have the Idh1 mutation
I’m researching all the time but with his vision impairment it’s hard. Love and prayers to you all. Please reach out if you can. Jennifer Pell.
You have been though so much and we are 2 months in doing chemo pill and radiation with only a 10% of it working. There has to be something out there for him. You are all so strong and I’m falling apart looking for options for him. Thank you again

Hi guys hope you are pushing through current times with your continued grace that you have shown us. If I may, I just wanted to share that a clinical trial of 23 patients run by GW PHarma from the UK had put together a good survival benefit from cbd/thc/low dose chemo compared to just low dose chemo in recurrent gbm. I dont just like referencing individual success stories, I also share that data from this trial had 662 day median survival vs 369 day median survival out of 23 patients (12 treatment/9 low dose chemo only). But I do love individual successes...Joanna Stephens on here had success with clear scans with gbm using cbd/thc.
