No one can call themselves professionals unless they can reliably hunt on accurate with as little damage taken as possible. And fully understand of game mechanics and hunting strategies. A good example would be xsouldreamers and thorn and the beta testers I would say myself too but there is something i still don’t get about a certain mechanic…
Idk, I think Im in-between pro and hacker 😅 Cause I play Wolfquest everyday for more than 3 hours. My pups also never die(only to illness though, but never to predators usually) I also have played Wolfquest for a long time. Even before I started playing Wolfquest I watched people who did play Wolfquest and learned tips and tricks that way! I also have most of the achievements(and yes, I have all the survival of the pack achievements, even accurate which Im honestly still surprised about to this day!) I have at least beat Wolfquest on accurate 5 times. I have beaten more on challenging and easy though. I haven't found any glitches(other than the floppy glitch) And I know a lot of strategies to keeping pups alive! However, I haven't killed a bison yet... I was really close once though, but then I was about to die so I retreated 😅 I have killed a lot of moose though, even some bull moose, on challenging so Id count that as a win :3 I think I have maxed out... 4 wolves ages(soon it will be 5 when the Wolfquest saga comes out!) I haven't played both Wolfquest since they released though, because I wasn't even born during 2007. I was born in 2009, I think around 2016 is when I started playing Wolfquest 2.7 and around 2020 is when I started playing Wolfquest 3, but as I said I watched more videos about Wolfquest before I even started playing it so I still had some experience when I started playing the game!
In WQ 3, I've only ever beaten it on easy (by choice), but I've been playing since 2011 (13 years), so if there's a level beyond hacker that's like game elder at this point I think I qualify lol. I've been playing since we weren't allowed to say male and female in multi chat and we had to use "led" and "alas" as substitutes and before we had multiplayer for pups (that was a huge flipping deal when we got it back in 2015!). Super fun video!
I'm getting my way to being a hacker: Over 1,000 hours Have played accurate twice(I think) My pups rarely die Never miss a date(Less I end it) 2 wolves had lives and passed Played both versions I'm not trying to brag, though I kinda wanted to list my status.
Lol. Don't quite fit your tiers. I played the og pre 2.7... so yah guess I'm old! Steam has less than 50% of my time played as it's only logged what I've done since getting Anniversary 😅 (some 500ish) I can rush through the hunt/find mate on any difficulty fit to complete with a speedrunner on any difficulty though i prefer not to and sometimes take 4h or so to wander solo hinting anything but elk. Possibly another 4h on extended trial if the mood strikes me. I could rush raise pups but often prefer not to, i like watching them and scoping out random events like eagles dropping fish, carcass confrontation ect. I don't die unless i decide I'm fine with it... eg getting testing fall damage or getting purposefully shot ect. I play on any difficulty but mostly accrurate with a few wolves with all -2 stats no perks accurate ironwolf. Hanging on for Saga to fully finnish a wolf though with the number of runs.. yah coulda finnished several by now. We'll see when i loose my patience. All wolves are 2-5y And even the -2 ironwolf will bite bears, though i do wait for when i can bite for free damage and none recived 😅... just don't hang on more than a tick or two. 3+ and you just might take a large chunk of damage for your cheek!
1000 hours, never had a pup killed by a bear, I can hunt mule deer and elk fairly easily with any stats, I'm learning to hunt moose (on challenging) and i always play accurate ironwolf. I kill wolves early on purpose for story purposes because getting them to age 8 is too easy. However, I still mess up and press the wrong keys nearly every time I play 😭
Umm, I cant say i've reached rank hacker. But I'm near 1000 hours in WolfQuest(also in classic), well I'm killed 5 bisons in multiplayer games. Well..I think my hours will be 2000 when saga will be released(And y'all too, i think). If u want, u can answer to me. Its will be cool read your answers.
I bouggt wolfquest like a week ago and i made my irl dog in it an she had 6 pups and all survivid then Im playing as her son currently and two pups died but I went back in time to fix it😅
I am pro, though I have beat the game on arduous before, and have over 800 hours on steam, and have finished the lives of 2 wolves. But I’m mostly pro, but a microscopic dot of hacker in there lol Edit: also just wanted to point out that this isn’t me trying to brag or anything, ur probably better at the game than me. I just was thinking abt what category i was in lol
I'd say pro, I have over 100 hours of playtime, my pups rarely die, and I am pretty good at hunting more than elk. BUT, If I'm being honest, I don't have survival of the pack on challenging. It's because when I first started wolfquest I would get a lot of anxiety since I didn't know how to deal with predators, and I'd find the game stressful at times. So I'd just play with them until they had pups and make another wolf. I'm much better now and have completed many litters, but none on hard, but i'm working on that. (Sorry for the long comment) :) PS: I've played 2.7 and 3)
Same. Except I do have challenging achievement but rn I'm not going higher than that I also haven't played ironwolf because I would have a mental breakdown if one of my grown pups died
I mean, i’ve played for 3 years, i can easily get pups raised but i need to work on Challenging since i sat on Easy that long i forgot how it works 😭 i’m carefree half the time lol
i wont also say im hacker i just normaly play around to get achs and i normaly ALWAYS go taunt pinecone in the cattle ranch oh and btw i play on challenging I LOVEEEE UR VIDS KEEP ON SHINING ( Oh btw can u plss do a vid where u explain how you do it all :') )
I hate these 'noobs, pro, hacker' videos - mainly because they are very stereotypical but can be inaccurate. 'Glitching' in that sense is not 'hacking' which is what gets me annoyed. I don't know what I'd be in - I've beaten it on all difficulties many times, can kill bull elk by myself, know how to get good mates etc. I only have 560 hours but I've seen people with over 2,000! Just to say, would be fun to see a video on Wolfquest roleplayer stereotypes.
My legacy is cursed especially when it comes for females wolves I always survive all of pups when playing with males but females a total chaos my wolf echo and her mate thunder had six pups 2 of them died and then echoed mate die and had a second btw can someone tell me how to get7 pups I'm at gen5 I always have 4* mate but didn't able to get 7 pups

Noob alert /j
I wouldn’t say I’ve reached the “hacker” status, but I like playing on Accurate mode with Ironwolves regularly. I have also played WolfQuest 2.7.
Idk, I think Im in-between pro and hacker 😅

I have like almost 2k hours of playtime- I've also played wolf quest since it was available on the website when it basically first came out 😮
I’ve played all of the wolf quest games and I’m really good at surviving and all but I only have survival of the pack easy LMAO
So I have killed 8 bison alone in Singleplayer… Idk if that means I am a hacker buuuuut I personally think that I am a pro and 50 to 60% to hacker.
I'm getting my way to being a hacker:
Over 1,000 hours
Have played accurate twice(I think)
My pups rarely die
Never miss a date(Less I end it)
2 wolves had lives and passed
Played both versions

The hardest thing is to get pup alive across the river in 2.7
I'm a pro at wolfquest bc I play easy and Challenging mode
1000 hours, never had a pup killed by a bear, I can hunt mule deer and elk fairly easily with any stats, I'm learning to hunt moose (on challenging) and i always play accurate ironwolf. Remember the chibby person that added you like a long time ago? That was me! And are you gonna do a video on the new map?
Yup

I'm 100% pro
Yeah, I'm good at it. I have a vid of wolf quest
