LiS 2 deals with much heavier topics than the first one. These two boys literally never get a break, and Sean ages like 10 years throughout the game.
I dont think it dealt with heavier topics than time traveling lol

@@OceanMetTheSky well its about heavy racism (sean got harassed by strangers, they got locked in), trauma, the emotional bond between two siblings, parents loss and reunion, pressure etc. Sean is a young teenager who went through so much, he still tried his best too protect daniel but he didnt know what to do next..

This game doesn't deserve the hate it gets just because Max and Chloe aren't coming back.
You are absolutely right. Finnaly someone who can actually see things right. I personally like this game more than the first one. This game has more adventure, excitement, while LiS1 had kind of a detective-ish feeling.
But ofc that's just my opinion.

I still remember summer 2023, waiting for evening/nighttime so I could play life is strange 2 in peace, I bought it as a gift for myself for my birthday, I remember eating and drinking my favorite foods and drinks, staying up until 4am and watching the sunrise whilst playing life is strange 2, one of the best summers

I'm listening to this as I'm loading the final episode. I love my boys so much. This has been such an important chapter in my life. Sean and Daniel will remain in my heart after it's all over.
This game is heavily based on morality. And the players perceptions of it. And this hit me harder than Lis1, even though it'll always be in my heart.

Did anyone notice that every new season of LIS music is getting sadder and sadder? Max's music is happy and calming. Then Chloe.. Then this.. deym man. Square Enix knows how to make us feels for the game..

Chloes is definitely more angsty than sad, but yeah, each theme perfectly encapsulates the tone of the story.

After playing LiS, BtS, LiS 2 and LiS: True Colors..I can proudly say that Life is Strange 2 gave me the best and most emotional experience. It’s such a great game really.

But I believe LIS 2 is much better, this really felt like a long trip and it's so natural

I remember that I finished LIS 1, and when I saw LIS 2 but it wasn't with Max and Chloe, that dissapointed me so much that I refused to play it. Months later, I tried the game, and I even fell more in love with this game than LIS 1.
From my point of view, I really recommend playing or watching the game, even if it's not about Max and Chloe, trust me.

I honestly think this is the most beautiful main menu music of the 4 games. It has a unique and melancholic touch like the story.
For me, the LiS 2 is better than original one. It's more relatable, more heartbreaking endings.. It was sadder than the original LiS..

When I started the game for the first time, I was instant in love with this song
I felt bad when I first heard that this game wasn't going to continue the story of Max and Chloe. But, a year after I finished LiS1, I gave an opportunity to LiS2 and...I regreted of all what I thought about it in the past :(
@@Eric00006 it isn't about being immature, back then LiS was the first iteration of a newborn franchise, we had no idea about Dontnod's intentions on telling us different stories with different characters in each game. Obviously, if you liked the first game and all of its characters, you'd be waiting for a sequel expanding their stories. But now that we know how Dontnod works, it's easier for us to expect other things besides Max and Chloe.
LiS2 is my fav LiS honestly. I miss the boys sm.

LeoSierra13 Listen to it after the end. You see the Diaz family, together and whole, though its a mere glimpse of what could have been had that one October day not taken place.
This brings back so many memories, i remember when i would wait for the next episodes to come out, i would just leave this menu on for hours at a time and listen to this in the background, i really loves this game
This is the kind of game and soundtrack I have a special affection. Need more games like this
I frequently put on the LiS menu screen for extended periods of background music. BtS too. It usually takes me a while to warm to new music, but we'll see about this one.
This game is way more emotional and complex, than the first one. There's no pure evil we have to fight, like in the first game. Cops partially are, but they're just doing their job, so it is unfair to call them evil. And there is also no obvious perfect ending, so everyone have to find their own perfect ending. And personally I think that's the reason, why second chapter is better, than the first one.

@@Bogdanautomechanic except it doesn't say that, because there were many great white people (Brody, Cassidy and Finn, the grandparents, the driver the dropped Sean to the church, Karen, David, Chris and Charles) that helped them out and various not-so-great non-white people (Merrill, agent Flores) that were actively working against Sean and Diaz. making the generalization is kinda an injustice to the game and it's message

That’s it, I finished the third installment, and I can clearly say that this is my favorite trilogy of games. Each game has a touching story, with endearing characters and a beautiful soundtrack.
But if there’s one I like so much, I was carried away in the story, it’s this one.

Best LIS game, best written characters
This game was soooo good… it’s funny because the original Life is Strange is still last in my books… it introduced me to the story and the characters, but seeing Before the Storm, and playing Life is Strange 2 really changed my life… always and forever LIS🤍
I listen to this soundtrack to sleep, it makes me feel strange but in a good way, I can relax and think about everything that happend in my life, it's very sad and happy at the same time for me

Although we don’t see Max and Chloe in LIS 2, I’m still excited of how this story would progress. The soundtrack of LIS 2 is awesome no doubt. But kind of a step down when you compare it to LIS 1 and BTS. However, it all comes back when I play LIS 2. Feels good to be back in the Life Is Strange Universe again!
Max The Cauliflower is it just me or not.. I think and have kinda a feeling, that if u chose, that uve destroyed Arcadia Bay, u will meet Max and Chloe in some way (or if u chose that uve killed Chloe, u would meet Max only)

I was pretty stressed before putting this on. Not anymore...and I havent even played the game. Love the music though.
I know it would be difficult according to everyone choice but since in my games Daniel, Sean, Chloe and Max are alive at the end, I would love a LIS3 with all of them !
And probably with more new characters and some other powers we don't know yet about.

I feel like this game is a part of me, like it has so much meaning. every time I think about this game I get a feeling no woman or adrenaline has ever given me. I feel at peace when I hear this music not the "everything is going to be completely fine" peace, but the "you are okay, for now" peace. can anyone relate? I love this game and everything about it.

I played this game with my BF , we beat it together, we laughed together, cry together, smile together, discuss it together, with every emotion, and now, we’re off. At this time i’m listening to this emotional THEME and remember him, my heart is broken, very broken to pieces, but thats the life, I wish I could listen to this while im trying to sleep but I can’t, HE even let me to hate this beautiful theme because I remember him.
