Where i love the average on a 1bed 1 bath is like 800. Mine is 730 with utilities included. But this is down south where the cost of living isn't atrocious. If you ever want to judge the cost of living for any given city, look at the price of gas, cigarettes, and milk. Those will give you a decent idea. For instance, a pack of cigs in Louisiana is like $8 avg, and New York is 15.

Seeing what everyone pays for rent away from me is insane. I pay $400 for a 3 bed 2 bath 🫢 and we barely make it! I couldn’t imagine paying over 500 for a place.. But I do live in the boonies 😂
