Yes obviously pressure in all your house taps will be more. But if your only use is bike washing then at this price you can buy a high pressure bike and care washer which is best suited for washing bike with proper spray nozzle and even option to add soap. While this pressure will be around 10 bar within 5 feet if your bike is far from the Pump it will not work max feet is 28 feet where it will give 5 bar pressure. 8 to 10 bar is needed for bike or car wash. So if your bike wash are is far away and you don't need high pressure in all your taps in your house then buy pressure washer which is available for cheaper. Also remember that such water pump can cause old pipes to leak or weak plastic pipes to crack under constant pressure.
