When the seance bricks surfaced, you are the first person that came to mind. I knew you would know everything about those. It was so cool to see the seal get popped on that one, I really didnt know what to expect!
There are so many layers of shit that has gone down and is still going on with the old zoo, one day there'll be a documentary exposing it all. It'll be interesting to watch even if you're not into TCG's
I see you a lot in the GWOAT streams, you're a solid guy and you know your stuff. It sucked to see everyone upset in the chat but nothing can realistically be done for the people that were screwed over by the old Zoo. Gwoat, Metatwo, NONE of the new people involved with the game are responsible for old parameters. I look forward to the new Zoo, the new gameplay, and reimagined beasties. Keep up the good work and good luck on grabbing more rare loot ❤ (I'm Clockworkindigo on Whatnot btw if i say hi lol)
@@BoboboyIfUDont ahhhh yea I’ve seen your name a few times before in those streams! I appreciate it and yea some people just can’t separate anything now from people of the past 🤷🏻♂️ nothing we can do about it at this point
Sweet pickup on the holo playtester brick the other night. That was a wild stream 😅 As for the liquidation, I feel for the people who are upset about it. But Charlie spend 2 million + to revive MetaZoo. That’s huge! There’s not 1 thing in my collection that I wouldn’t trade to have MetaZoo in the hands that it’s in now.

@@syc_gamingAlt honestly I doubt it. Anything that was on preorder from Legacy on besides Disclosure Pages solely turned into additional income without the financial ability to print. @@syc_gamingAlt I don’t think windy was a bad guy for selling Playtesters in consignment. People who received them as Playtesters believe otherwise because he “killed the market”. I disagree. He was showing what’s closer to realistic/market prices on specific cards when many playtesters were gatekeeping cards at specific prices because “they’re worth way more because they say so”. The non holos, yea he didn’t help the market on those, but he’s doing a job. If they were selling for so cheap they should’ve been buying them if it was such a good deal. @@syc_gamingAlt in terms of playtesters for seance, idk that value will change for the hateful 8 and specific others. If the 14 bricks are extra on top of the 35, possibly yes. If they were apart of the 35 printed, then no. Majority of people are not me and will not rip those bricks or sell singles, therefore there won’t be a ton more coming to market diluting it. It makes way more sense if it’s sold sealed for most to people to keep them sealed. I’m a crackhead who wants to psa 10 the set and make my money back in the process, which majority of people buying these will not do. They can rip the brick at any point if they want, but it just makes no sense for them to do so imo. Native playtesters imo were never printed. It was not in the stuff Andy sent back to Golden nor the inventory list MetaTwo purchased from. I think it was just another thing Andy dangled over playtesters heads like a carrot to get them to playtesters War/any other set.
It's the normal series of events for a business that just bought out a bankrupt business. Sell the stock you don't need to a liquidation company. The fault and responsibility is/was on the previous owners. It's that simple. These guys already spent $2mil and whatever they're spending now on getting the first new set.. But people expect them to eat more losses on fulfilling promises they didn't make.

A company selling stuff from the old TCG they're effectively 'killing' for their New one is a bit... .. Weird... to say the least... (Not the most Honorable way to handle it, maybe even a bit desperate) But tbh they might need to resell our old pre-orders just to survive the first couple years with the reputation the old MetaZoo left off at.. 🃏
I wouldn't really say it's desperate, holding 50k boosters and whatnot of the old product from now 'til the end of time would be 'a lot' of warehouse space and money.
@@Jok3rsFaVor I don’t think capital is an issue for them personally, but an added cash flow never hurts. If they’re overhauling the game/mechanics the old stuff just has no value to them. I don’t see it as desperate, just business 🤷🏻♂️
Have they confirmed that they are selling the stuff or is everyone still speculating? They should destroy the product, honestly. I agree with you though, they don’t want any connection with the old stuff and want/need to get rid of it as soon as possible.
@@superretrogamerbros.8492 I mean what company liquidating assets they don’t want puts out a press release telling people they are? Very specific items that were on the court documents that MetaTwo bought have been selling on this stream, so that’s proof enough to me. Items no one else would have, especially in a certain quantity. I wouldn’t expect nor should they publicly make any statements on all that product they purchased what they are doing with it. If it were me and I wanted nothing to do with majority of it, I’d consign or sell to a liquidation company as well. The only thing that’s pure speculation is whether the inventory was sold (I doubt it, but possible) or that it’s currently being consigned because why would a liquidation company buy product every worker has seemed to know little to nothing about up until this point

I'm glad they're liquidating and not destroying, we at least get the chance to get it. Hope the Bear Walker boards show up soon
I’m pretty sure bear walker had the boards because Zoo never paid them. They already sold them off themselves.

The only playtesters that are going down in price are seance. Those are the only ones I’ve seen on stream. Andy must have kept the native playtesters.
