Agreed. New coaches are usually the result of the previous coaches getting sacked. Most of the time they left the teams in shambles (which led to the sacking, anyway).

I think personalities of the managers play a huge role. Klopp was all heart and passion, motivating players to run through brick walls for him, always pressing and always attacking. Slot is much more chill, calm and collected, but also serious and so effective at what he is doing. I like the way he talks to the press and the way he carries himself, it fills you with different type of confidence.

2 signings...that's all we needed was 2 signings which have been needed for 2/3 seasons now.
LFC fans didn't want "refreshing" of the squad. We wanted shoring up of the quality starting squad we have. Quality depth.
For years we've had injury concerns and they've seemed to derail our seasons.
Please don't misinterpret what most fans were complaining about. We've been a "nearly club" with regards to squad and first 11 for years and Klopp did the best he could.
We aren't after our owners to spend stupid money, but to just give us that quality signing/backup we need each year.
Yes we are all excited and happy after 3 games but let's see where we are in March next year.
Slott shouldn't be a scapegoat for FSG if our 3 best players leave and we don't challenge for the league/cl this year. That's what this football club exists to do...challenge and win the biggest trophies. Not compete for top 4.

Reminds me of Shankley handing the reigns to Paisley. Klopp has left Slot a great squad. The club as a whole has completely changed under him. Add Slot’s tactical knowledge and clarity in his communication makes LFC serious contenders. His team will be hard to beat for any team and that makes them a serious threat for the title and the Champions League possibly.

Every summer it's the same, underestimate the manager, team, individuals and club itself. Heads falling off. Embarrasing. It was the same the summers before the big trophies came back to Anfield

Next was how do we do in a big game, man utd may not be great at the moment but id say test passed for now (until city/arsenal)
Finally its how do we react after a defeat, is it game over or do we bounce back
