ATTENTION 👇 Since a lot of you were confused with median, so:
For median of odd nos. In ungrouped data, it's: {n +1/2}th term, where n = no. of observations. So in the example, median will be 7+1/2 = 4th Term of the data.
For even nos. in ungrouped data, it's: {sum of 2 middle terms/2}th term.
I hope it is much clearer now 👍
Group data ka median niklne mae jab total no of class interval/2 krte hai agr odd ayega toh fir difference kaise dekhnge
Maam no of observations to 12 h naa aur n+1/2 = 7 hoga . Kya kra aapne samajh nhi aaya 4th term of data kaise hoga

hello thanks for the amazing video but i have a question to ask if its alright. in class interval mean part why do take sum of freq. and not just N as in the no. of entries. why do we take 50 and not 12

Why you added 0.5 in exact upper limit and subtracted 0.5 in exact lower limit in median class??
As the data set was not Continuous, the difference between the lower limit of one value and upper limit of other value was 1. 165-169, 170-174. The difference between 170 and 169 are 1 so we divide that by 2 and ans is 0.5. That's why we add and subtract 0.5.

Heyy, median of your odd no. is wrong it should be 4th term which is 9 not 5th.
Also the formula you used in median even and odd no. is not correct.

Aapne measures of central tendancy mai 195-199 ke liye f-1 & 190-194 ke liye f - 2 likha jo right hai but uske bad 185 - 189 ke liye f - 4 likha jo rong hai uske bad jitne bhi f hai utne aapne rong calculate kiye hai why you do this student ko kitni misunderstanding hogi please is mistek ko sahi kijiye.
Hi, idhar frequency and class interval ko calculate nahi kiya hai. It is the data provided in the question itself (the numbers in green part). The white column ones are what we have calculated based on the given data. Nothing's wrong as per this. Let me know if you still have any doubt...
Also, frequency here means, ki kitni bari koi number ek particular class interval mai aya hai. To clear you basics I would suggest you to once read up probability in mathematics. 👍👍
