Sir 1 question....I sleep 8 hrs. I tried sleeping lesser but it didn't work, the whole day I felt lazy.
And, this hunting me and I'm guilty of not giving 100%. Although I use rest of the day efficiency still the guilty of sleeping so much is killing inside .
Thoughts like i cannt do this exams, others are sleeping less working hard, I'm not working as much they are working is degrading my confidence.
I want to boost my moral. Sir help me

See it all depends on your "Intuition/ Gut feeling" in that moment of time.
Many a times what we feel is correct and are somewhat confident for that as well, we can mark that question. But if we're not feeling that confidence and marking the answer just for the sake that "aaj ke attempts bhot kam hai...ab dekha jaega" things go haywire.
So act accordingly.
