In just a few panels I was completely enamored by kachan and fugetsu’s friendship and how this war could treat them away from each other , and how they try to get out of the black whale . Very sad
Honestly I can't stress how much I adored these two characters. Kacho may just be a classic tsundere to some fans I imagine but I really love her personality of acting bitchy but loving her sister so much and she looked out for her right till her end and now even after it with her Nen Beast ability. She may not have been in the story long but she's one of the best characters in the series imo. Characters don't need to be in a story long to be impactful ( look at Kaworu Nagisa from Evangelion. ) As for Fugetsu I love her shy sort of personality too and in all honesty I rather see her win the succession war than Wobble or Halkenburg. Especially since Halkenburg kinda betrayed his own morals imo. I hope Fugetsu doesn't die , maybe her and Wobble and maybe some other princes / princesses can find some way to break the rules of the succession war and stop the evil insanity of such a thing. I just don't want Kacho's sacrifice to be in vain damn it! I rather see Fugetsu win then a baby lol or them work together idk. I really wanna see an amazing fight between Kurapika and Tserriednich too. Probably end up the best fight in the series if it does happen. I like those super convoluted hax fights lol and the stakes are so important both personally for Kurapika and because Tserriednich cannot be allowed to become King because he is evil incarnate. Also it seems pretty obvious Tserriednich has the head of Kurapika's childhood friend Pairo too. To me Tserriednich represents the greatest evil of all because he's just pure psychopathic torturer murderer sadism and his " art " is basically people's death and despair. There's also the issue of Hisoka and the Troupe and if he'll manage to kill more members or if Chrollo or someone else will kill him. Would be epic as fuck if Bonolenov killed Hisoka in another completely epic badass show of his power. Like Bono is that dude who blends into the background for many and then we saw him fight lol. Idk just I have a feeling he'd kick Hisoka's ass in a fight but I doubt Bono will get to do anything awesome again for a long time though but Idk we'll see I suppose. Lastly there's Ging's comment about Leorio's potential and hopefully he'll do something either here or in the dark continent. If Togashi actually finishes this arc it might end up being the best arc of HxH imo.
