The curtains are so cute. I was just having them up if you’re not good at hemming, I found that you could buy tape. I didn’t know that that you could use in replace of hemming. I would keep the curtains because I think it’ll add a good touch to the overall theme of your kitchen, you can buy some nice Highland paintings you could do up and then frame them

Dr Now says NO carbs period, ( not low carb) high protein, no sugar means fruit as well. NO snacking between the three meals of 400 calorie totaling 1200 calories per day.
