ok so: you installed a mod that's outdated *by 3 years* (and it says it right next to the download), didn't watch the most important part of that video that talks about being careful with it, like literally disregarded all the warnings such as making a backup before using it, not using it in your main world, etc.. the tutorial video also tells you how to make the game go back to normal (by verifying the game files using Steam) I don't know if the raids are broken just because of the 3-years-outdated file or if you ran a command that broke them
