Hi, Why don't you allocated nurses go for Doctors rounds? In that cases you nurses can easily clear the Doctors doubts and follow their orders without looking the file/ Ipod. Couldn't believe that one coordinator should do 40 patients rounds with Doctors. Practically at the end of the ward rounds these coordinators will be exhausted.
