Whereas Christmas is more for your immediate family, sometimes the grandparents come over. Christmas dinner depends on what your family traditions are, but most have a ham, not a turkey.
I was about to comment the same thing. Ham is always the center of our Christmas meal, but I wasn’t sure if that was more of a southern thing than all of America. It seems like the 4-5 comments I’ve seen all agree that ham is the norm though.
