i don't want to be the one, but i'm gonna be the one, why is it that everyone is always favoring the demo? the demo is a demo for a reason. it's unpolished, messy, etc. (which of course isn't the case for all demos) and the final version has way more emotion than this one. i mean, do you not hear the growls in the second verse? also there is 0 rhythm/flow in these verses. but it's great to see how artists go from the demo to the final.
The demo is just the beginning, however, they change the lyrics to be more generalized and so on. I'm not saying the final versions aren't good or there isn't emotion, but the "demos" which can literally be any version of the version of the song up to the final one.
