    Doc Jen, thank you so much for the help! I did that little trick with standing on your heels and bending at your knees and INSTANTLY my nagging back pain was gone. You fixed hundreds of hours of stretching and core work just for that small adjustment.
    Thank you 🙏 ❤

    The question of a lifetime I had for over 20 years. Why does my back hurt so much after 10 mins standing in the same spot. No problem walking. I did MRIs and have nothing wrong. Tried custom made insoles as I am flat footed - no relief. Hopefully this would help. Thanks a lot.

      Please find a rheumatologist near you. I’m 20 and go through the same thing every day. Bare minimum standing and I’m in pain. Now I’m diagnosed with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, they find out through your blood. Only a rheumatologist can do the right test. please find a rheumatologist near you, hope this helps!

    Omg! Finally I have found something which is exactly what I was feeling for a long time. Each one of your word is so damn true when u said about the standing position of a person I do stand like that all the pose u mentioned hell.....
    Girl ur a blessing, the way you explained the weight and position of standing am shocked cz this is what I was feeling but couldn't express to even doctors that my pain is due to this....I have been doing yoga which definitely helped me but not much.
    Am starting you exercise from today onwards and saved your video for further also.
    All heart's and prayers for u ❤❤❤❤❤

    Hi, I have pain in my upper back, just the back side of my chest.
    I ride the bike mostly to move. I usually transport the products from one place to another.
    I have been suffering with this since.last 3 years.
    It is not big problem, I can do all kind of activity, like running walking jumping etc. But while standing and riding bike and after getting up in the morning I feel pain.
    Unfortunately it is still undiagnosed.

    • @docjenfit
      @docjenfit  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Do you do much training of your back muscles? Sometimes always leaning forward in that position on the bike can result in the back muscles getting tight. Could be something to explore.

    I spend majority of my time sitting at my 8-5 job and when I get up in the morning after my shower I during my 10min makeup routine I get the most intense pain across my lower back and I have to seat immediately. Today on a Saturday whilst cooking felt that exact pain. Any advice

    • @docjenfit
      @docjenfit  ปีที่แล้ว

      It sounds like your body might just not be used to supporting in the position you are standing in while doing make-up and cooking. Especially because you are sitting most the day at work. Something that could help would be like putting one foot up on a step stool or chair while doing your make-up and cooking. This can help keep the back in a more stable position.

    When I stand for more then 5 minutes I get pain in my lower back that begins to travel to my hip then down my outside leg to my knee. Same thing happens when I begin to walk. Takes a few minutes then the pain progresses down the leg just like when I’m standing. Any ideas?

      go to your doctor, you have a discal hernia for sure

    • @docjenfit
      @docjenfit  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Could be any number of things contributing to these symptoms. I would also work on how you can start finding more dynamic stability in your core and glutes so you aren't putting as much pressure into your low back when you stand. Also seeing someone in person would definitely be recommended to get a more thorough assessment of what might be going on.

      See if you can find a rheumatologist near you, I get pain after 10 minutes and now am diagnosed with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. They take some blood and find out that way. Other doctors were unable to find the problem, so definitely only a rheumatologist. There are medications that will help (Try to avoid Humira though, the side effects are worse than the benefits)
