At @4:03 raised up on tables so workers do not need to hunch over clear to the ground. Would have been for plants, flats of plants. One flat contains a dozen or so individual plant boxes. At @4:49 probably England's version of plant boxes. Different than here in USA. At @11:30 those looks like the plant trays / flats I was referring to. haha.... would have been something if they had used the green houses for grow rooms! 🤣

Yes, I once watched what happens at these pop up hand car wash sites when I lived in Bradford, same car went there 6 times in one afternoon for a quick pretend wash, eg just a blast around with the power washer, some exchange of money/package went on each time, the authorities must know what's going on but turn a blind eye, it's probably cheaper and less paperwork !
