  • This week was a looooot of the boring treadmill but I was able to go on an epic run at elevation so ended on a high note! I have some big realizations this week relating to training and was majorly humbled by the mountains.

    I don’t mind the repetitive content because that is what training is. I’m trying to get back into running and maybe eventually ultra. I need all the motivation to keep going every day doing the same things. Seeing other people doing it makes me feel I’m not alone, we’re all doing it together. What other running TH-camrs do you watch?

    FYI those fair life things from Costco taste amazing, however they are pretty dang unhealthy and I recommend using another source of protein

      @@BriBurkeRunning they have a lot of artificial sweeteners(which in this case you want real sugars, especially for running) as well as carrageenan and cellulose gel being not that healthy, they have some side effects.
