@@emptyinsidedavid Honeslty please don't compare to me, it was my third surgery and I was In so much pain beforehand it was almost less pain ( change of pain to walk after ) I had a nasty defect in my knee cap causing issues. this is crazy to see, this is my second acl and meniscus surgery right now i’m almost 3 months in with 85 degrees flexion and 8 degrees extension meaning i’ll have to go in for MUA unfortunately
This is absolutely insane, have gone through this process 2 times already and expecting the results for a third but Ive never seen this amount of progress in this short period of time. Would love to get in contact with you so you can guide me through my PT in order to advance at the same pace
@@LeandroVassallo-df2jy hey thank you try not to compare yourself to me because I had two surgeries before this and I'm a knee specialists so knew exactly what to do and I needed to be back at work asap to help my patients with their rehab. Just tore my acl for the second time on the same knee originally started from a football injury recently re tore it playing volleyball so this time I’m going to take my rehab very serious I think I didn’t rehab hard enough the first time iv learned my lesson to say the least or at least my bank account has learned one 😑 definitely not looking forward to day 3 as I’m on day 2 post surgery rn🥲 I remember from prior surgery how it was the worst day lol then hearing you talk about your day 3 confirmed it lmao 🤣 thanks for the video very helpful and informative

@@melissapackwood9479 I didn't use crutches at all. Please remember this is my job I knew everything I had to do and it was my third surgery. But saying that lots of my patients have similar journeys a good rehab plan is key!
Recently I got Left knee ACL and Meniscus surgery were done I was unable to walk properly but you were something else as your third time surgery. Here I wanted to ask you I am not able to bend my knee to 90 Degree what shall I Do as I am consulting with my Physiothearapy but the exercise are really painful I want to ask what shall I do as my today is day 9 I cant sleep properly and can't walk I have to take help of Walker !!!! Please let me know with your guidance.
